Carol Haygood holds a Certified General Appraiser license in the state of Oklahoma and Texas. She is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. She attained the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation in 2014. Carol currently holds the District V (Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas) Vice President position on the ASFMRA Executive Council. Also, Carol has acted as an appraisal instructor for ASFMRA.

Carol has extensive knowledge and experience with Farm Service Agency as a former Farm Loan Manager. She followed that up by a stint as a VP/Loan Officer in a commercial agriculture bank.  Carol worked within the Farm Credit System for 13 years as a Vice President of Appraisal Services for Farm Credit of Enid.   She "hung out her shingle" as Jaybuckle Appraisal Group in 2022.  Carol currently owns and operates a registered Polled Hereford cow/calf business with her family.

Carol believes in giving back to the agriculture youth as she has been a volunteer at the Northwest District Livestock Show at Enid, an evaluator of proficiency awards for the Oklahoma FFA Association, interview and preparation committee for Oklahoma FFA Proficiency and Star Award Finalists, judged numerous speech contests, and is the sale secretary for the Greer County Jr. Livestock Show.
